CoolBreeze Luxury Home Concierge is not a property management company. We support owner-used residences through visual property health checks, reporting, home preparation and homeowner-authorized coordination.
We do not market rental properties, place or screen tenants, negotiate leases, collect rent or administer tenant relationships. We do not replace a professional home inspector, licensed contractor or emergency service.
Checks are visual observations of accessible areas at the time of a visit. Specialized assessments and repairs are handled by homeowner-approved qualified professionals. The service agreement defines the scope of each engagement.
